Meet the Board
Dedication. Expertise. Passion.

Karen Jones
Executive Director
Do All Things grew out of Karen’s knowledge of the everyday challenges adults with special differences and their families face. Inspired by her daughter, Annabel, who has autism, Karen strives to turn that experience into hope. Professionally, Karen is a Registered Accessibility Specialist, providing consulting to make public buildings more accessible for those with physical, visual, and hearing differences. Prior to that, she worked in healthcare risk management for almost 18 years. Karen holds an MBA and is a Certified Toastmaster; she and Annabel have spoken for organizations like Lion’s Club, Presbyterian Church, Girl Scouts, and Allignable Alliance. Karen’s volunteer work includes meals for the hungry, low-income housing and services, adults with special needs, charity races, teaching Sunday school, and church leadership. Karen enjoys taekwondo with Annabel, getting together with her other adult children, book club, theater, and travel.

Deb Pilcher Corbitt
Chair, Board of Directors
Deb is a Pre-Kindergarten Teacher at the Learning Tree Preschool in Georgetown. Prior to teaching here, she worked as a Kindergarten Readiness teacher, an early interventionist for children ages birth through five with special differences and an elementary school teacher. She also provided content as Curriculum Development Creator for an online special education platform. Deb volunteers as an elder and helps with children ministries at her church. Her bachelor’s degree, from Southwestern University, is in early childhood language development, and she has a Master of Education degree from the University of Texas in early childhood special education. Serving on the board of Do All Things is a continuation of her passion for providing advocacy, education and support to people with special differences.

Cliff Snyder
Treasurer, Board of Directors
Cliff has spent the last forty years excelling in business development, operational management, financial oversight, and leadership. In his first 22-year career, he transformed a small, family-owned fuel distributorship into a mid-sized entity developing convenience stores and fuel distribution properties across Central Texas. The success of Metro Fuel culminated in its acquisition by the Speedy Stop chain. Cliff’s expertise led him to join the Tejas Housing Group and NewLife Alliance, a non-profit organization focused on developing affordable housing across 17 locations in Texas. Alongside his role as chief financial officer, Cliff has dedicated twelve years to serving on his church’s ruling body, teaching classes at Southwestern University’s Senior University, and participating on various Boards of Directors and advisory committees. He and his wife of 33 years, Rita, are proud parents of two grown children and grandparents to one grandson.
